When you sell your device to TechLoop, we guarantee to pay the initial price quoted, provided the device matches the condition you described. If our technical inspection reveals that the device condition differs from your description (e.g., unexpected screen burn, battery health below 80%, or functional faults), we will offer a Revised Valuation.
If we provide a Revised Valuation, you will have a 14-day grace period to accept or decline the new offer.
Your data security is our top priority. Upon receipt at our facility, every device undergoes a certified military-grade data wipe (Standard DoD 5220.22-M). This process ensures that all personal information, photos, and accounts are irretrievably deleted.
Note: While we perform this service for free, we strongly recommend you factory reset your device and remove iCloud/Google locks before sending it to speed up the process.
We provide a free prepaid shipping label (via Royal Mail Tracked 48). You must obtain a proof of postage receipt when dropping off your item. TechLoop accepts liability for the parcel only once it has been scanned into the courier's network.
"Same Day Payment" refers to the timeline after our technical inspection is complete. Inspection typically occurs within 24 hours of the device arriving at our facility. Once passed, BACS transfers are initiated immediately and usually clear within 2 hours, though some banks may take up to 24 hours.
