Apple announced the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max on Wednesday 9 September. Pre-orders open on Saturday 12 September at 1 p.m. UK time, and the phones go on sale on Friday 18 September. Anything Apple did not announce on the day is still reporting, not fact.

What counts as sealed
Factory seal intact, box unopened, never activated. If the seal is broken but the phone is flawless, it is still Pristine — just say so.
Choose Pristine
A sealed, unopened phone is Pristine. Pick that condition when you get your price and the inspection will match it.
Keep the receipt and the box
The box carries the IMEI label and the receipt shows where the phone came from. Both speed up our checks.
We check the IMEI before we pay
Every phone is checked for activation lock and run through an IMEI check. It must be yours to sell: no blacklist, ownership passed to you, and any finance balance settled. A phone with unpaid finance behind it can be blocked by the network later.

- Does the price really hold for 14 days?
- Yes. Once you complete checkout your price is fixed for 14 days from that moment. Post the phone at any point in that window and we pay the locked price, provided it matches the condition you chose.
- Can I lock a price before my new phone arrives?
- Yes, and that is the point. Lock the price today, keep using your phone, and post it once your iPhone 18 has arrived and you have moved your data across.
- What if the price goes up after I lock?
- Prices for the outgoing models usually fall after a launch rather than rise. If yours does rise, you can simply get a new quote before you post — nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
- Sealed or opened: what is the difference?
- A sealed, never-activated phone is Pristine. An opened phone that is flawless is also Pristine. Light marks make it Good, visible wear Fair, and damage Poor. Choose honestly and the inspection will match your quote.
- Does postage cost anything?
- No. We email you a free Royal Mail Tracked label, valid for 7 days from when it is issued. Within about 30 minutes of Swindon we can collect from your door for free (further away on request), and you can drop off at our unit in Swindon.
- When am I paid?
- If you post it, by bank transfer the same working day we inspect it, within 1–2 working days of it arriving. If we collect it or you drop it off in Swindon, you are paid on the spot in cash or by bank transfer.
